Role Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the IT department with a focus on high productivity and strategic alignment. Your core duties include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies that directly support the organization’s long-term goals.
- Project Oversight: Manage IT projects from inception to delivery, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies to ensure they stay on time and within budget.
- Infrastructure & Security: Implement robust protocols to ensure the 100% integrity and security of our information systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to identify tech gaps and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with external service providers to ensure top-tier technology solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular assessments of hardware and software infrastructure, recommending upgrades to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements & Qualifications
This role is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals who meet the following professional criteria:
- Experience: 14 to 20 years of progressive experience in IT Management and leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications: Highly desirable credentials include ITIL, PMP, or specialized cybersecurity certifications.
- Technical Depth: Profound knowledge of network management, cloud computing, and modern cybersecurity practices.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data for non-technical stakeholders.
