About the Role
We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to support our business development team. This is a remote, part-time contractual opportunity ideal for professionals experienced in LinkedIn prospecting, lead warming, and B2B outreach campaigns.
If you have experience generating qualified leads for HR, SaaS, or service-based companies, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B lead generation and prospect research
- Identify target companies and decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Send personalized:
- Connection requests
- Follow-up messages
- Execute structured LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Warm up leads professionally (no spam-based messaging)
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools or tracking sheets
- Provide short daily progress updates
- Follow outreach scripts and instructions carefully
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation or LinkedIn outreach
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or manual prospecting
- Experience finding decision-makers (HR Heads, CEOs, Founders, Managers)
- Knowledge of lead nurturing and outreach best practices
- Familiarity with CRM systems or basic tracking tools
- Understanding of B2B sales processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fast, clear, and professional communication
Preferred Industry Experience (Mandatory)
- HR industry
