TRS Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced Project Manager in Saudi Arabia for a world-scale petrochemical mega project. This is a senior-level PMC (Project Management Consultancy) position responsible for managing EPC contractors and delivering a billion-dollar oil & gas development project.

As the PMC Project Manager, you will represent the Client and hold full accountability for delivering the petrochemical project safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to international engineering standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership

  • Lead PMC team across all project phases (FEED to Handover).

  • Ensure EPC contractor compliance with contract terms.

  • Drive execution strategy for a billion-dollar petrochemical facility.

Contract & Commercial Management

  • Administer Prime Contracts and change orders.

  • Manage commercial negotiations and claims.

  • Mitigate project risks through strategic planning.

Budget & Financial Control

  • Oversee multi-billion SAR project budget.

  • Approve milestone payments and financial commitments.

  • Ensure cost-effective execution and financial discipline.

Schedule & Risk Management

  • Monitor critical path activities.

  • Implement recovery plans when required.

  • Maintain alignment with project delivery milestones.

Safety & Quality Oversight

  • Promote international safety standards.

  • Ensure final facility meets operational excellence criteria.

  • Maintain compliance with engineering and construction regulations in Saudi Arabia.

🎓 Qualifications Required

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)

  • MBA or Master’s in Project Management (Preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 20+ years in petrochemical, oil & gas, or refining sector

  • At least 10 years managing mega projects valued at $1B+

  • Strong experience with international EPC contractors

  • Proven leadership within PMC organizations

Certifications (Preferred)

  • PMP (Project Management Professional)

  • Advanced contract and claims management expertise
